Key Information
Maximum Stay: Up to 84 nights in one cottage.(Longer stays may be possible with a cottage move, subject to availability).
Breakage Deposit: £500 refundable deposit per cottage, returned after inspection (minus any damage costs if applicable).
Utilities: Billed monthly; final balance to be settled prior to departure.
Agreement Required: Guests must sign our Long-Let Agreement (with Terms & Conditions) before confirmation.
Cottage Information: All Long Lets are in two-bedroom cottages (Cottages 2, 10, 11, and 25 are not available).
